Chris has been part of the Emmanuel at Brighton Child Care Centre community since September 2018 when his son started at the centre. 

For background; Chris is from the Listowel area and grew up on a Dairy Farm. Following High School, he came to the KW Area for post-secondary studies in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction fields.

Professionally as a C.E.T., and CFM, Chris worked for local Architects, a private Design Firm, the City of Kitchener Building Department, as well as Project Manager in the Facilities Division at the Region of Waterloo. Chris currently works for the Waterloo Regional Police Service as Manager of all WRPS Facilities. While at the Region of Waterloo, Chris was involved with maintenance and upgrades at the multiple Regional Daycares. 

Chris enjoys woodworking along with design and Architecture. Over the last couple of years, he built a Star Wars ‘X-Wing’ ship and a Pirate Ship fort in the family’s backyard.
